Responsibilities:

SAP's Intelligent Enterprise Solutions team is seeking a talented technical professional to join the Talent IT product team. In this dynamic international setting, you will play a key role in advancing strategic business goals across the product lifecycle.

Your key tasks include:

  • Collaborating on Talent deliverables within the HR IT portfolio roadmap
  • Refining the product backlog in cooperation with the team to establish relevant acceptance criteria for technical delivery
  • Handling technical configuration, testing, and release management to ensure dependable and efficient delivery
  • Validating new SAP SuccessFactors releases/enhancements and presenting features to stakeholders
  • Engaging in agile ceremonies with colleagues and business partners
  • Enhancing agile practices within the team
  • Partnering with external allies to transition deliverables from development to operational phase
  • Contributing to enhancing support processes and user experience quality

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and English communication skills
  • Ability to address value-oriented business requirements
  • Problem-solving mindset and adaptability to changing environments
  • Passion for continuous learning and keeping abreast of business and tech advancements
  • Team player attitude focused on enhancing agile execution
  • Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals
  • Proven experience and in-depth knowledge of Talent & Performance Management
  • Hands-on experience with EC, RBPs, APIs, and Report Center
  • Thorough understanding of HR methodologies
  • Desirable: Technical proficiency in Succession Management, Career Development Planning, and Mentoring
