Position Summary:

Are you ready to take on the role of CX Techno Functional Analyst? You'll be in charge of designing and configuring solutions, supporting Business-as-usual requirements, and aiding in SAP Commerce Cloud upgrades and implementations to meet the organization's needs.

Reporting to the Head of Omni Channel Competency Centre, you will serve as a primary point of contact between developers (Internal /External), business analysts, and business stakeholders.

This role involves working closely with the Omni Channel Demand Manager and CX Business Analyst to grasp the business requirements.

As the first level of support for business-as-usual issues in SAP Commerce Cloud and SAP Marketing Cloud, you'll play a crucial role in daily operations.

Key elements of the role

  • Drive initiatives within the Omni Channel functional areas using primarily SAP Commerce Cloud & SAP Marketing Cloud
  • Design, develop, and deliver enhancements through projects and change requests
  • Maintain efficient operations and integrations with SAP CPI or other tools
  • Provide expertise and support to business teams
  • Conduct quality testing and offer ongoing technical support
  • Understand existing ARYZTA CX processes and configurations
  • Lead build activities, define test cycles, and support post-live efforts
  • Develop strong relationships with Business Unit management and Key Users
  • Participate in sprint planning and review meetings
  • Collaborate with technical team members to implement solutions
  • Support user acceptance testing in SAP Commerce Cloud and SAP Marketing Cloud
  • Potential European travel to project locations

Required experience, skills, and competencies:

  • Strong experience in SAP Commerce Cloud and customizations
  • Experience with Flexible Search and SQL
  • Knowledge of integrations with SAP CPI or similar tools
  • Functional analysis experience in B2B Commerce projects
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies like Scrum
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Aptitude for managing multiple tasks autonomously
  • Strong teamwork skills to interact with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency with MS Office and MS Teams
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills
  • Ability to work across regional and cultural differences
  • Comfort with ambiguity and handling multiple priorities
  • Experience with SAP Marketing Cloud is a plus
  • Language: Excellent English proficiency (German and/or French advantageous)
  • Good presentation, workshop management, and documentation skills

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in IT or related field
