The Role and Company

You'll collaborate with professionals from across the globe within the vibrant FinTech company, Worldline. Your focus will be on enhancing the Underwriting process, making payment transactions smoother for both partners and clients.

As a Customer Experience Expert, you will play a vital role within the Customer Experience Team by being a crucial point of contact for merchants seeking assistance. If you enjoy assisting others, excel in communication, analysis, and problem-solving related to payment services, this role is perfect for you.

We are on the lookout for a creative and detail-oriented team member to join us in Warsaw, Poland.

Responsibilities on a Daily Basis

  • Monitor and resolve issues from ticket queues and alerts.
  • Handle support requests via Helpdesk applications and telephone.
  • Ensure timely responses, meeting service level agreements, internal support KPIs, and resolving reported issues efficiently.

Desired Candidate Profile

We are seeking individuals with a forward-thinking mindset, capable of driving positive transformations, demonstrating initiative, enthusiasm, and a thirst for knowledge and development. The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Excellent customer service capabilities.
  • Prior experience as a Technical Support Agent, whether on-site or remotely.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • An interest in or knowledge of programming languages (Java, SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Eclipse, or Git) would be advantageous.
  • Previous exposure to the payment sector.
  • A proactive approach and accountability in handling assigned tasks.
