Currently seeking a dynamic Golang Team Leader to join our team in Warsaw, Poland or work remotely.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in leading development teams
  • 2+ years of Go development experience
  • Proficiency in creating scalable and dependable software solutions
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and familiarity with GitLab and GitLab CI
  • Expertise in various databases (RDBMS, NoSQL, SQL, Redis, etc.) and messaging services (Kafka, NATS, etc.)
  • Skills in system design, REST/RPC transports, Docker, Kubernetes, micro-services design, unit testing, code reviews, and design documentation

Responsibilities:

Lead a team in constructing a secure and efficient digital system that simplifies online transactions by linking e-commerce platforms or mobile apps with financial entities. Facilitate seamless fund transfers between customers and merchants by incorporating diverse payment methods like credit cards, digital wallets, and alternative payment solutions. Enable businesses to securely receive online payments and effectively handle financial transactions.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with event-driven architecture
  • Knowledge of the Twelve-Factor App methodology
  • Experience with Cloud Events, GCP, AWS, GitOps, Terraform, Helm, Argocd, Grafana, Tempo, Loki + Prometheus, and high load systems
