As a Business Development Manager in southwestern Poland, you will operate in the following voivodeships: Lower Silesia, Opole and Silesia. Your task will be to actively seek sales opportunities for Grandmetric services.

Your responsibilities:
  • Implementation of Grandmetric sales strategy and goals
  • Work in line with the Grandmetric sales process
  • Actively searching for new sales opportunities
  • Implementation of cold calling, cold mailing, social selling and field hunting techniques
  • Qualifying new contacts for subsequent stages of sales opportunities
  • Researching the needs of new customers and learning about their challenges
  • Maintaining key sales process indicators for a given position
  • Cooperation with a team of certified IT engineers in the field of networks, cybersecurity, wireless networks, systems and applications
  • Cooperation with Marketing, Technical Pre-Sales and Account Management teams
  • Maintaining relationships with partners and suppliers
  • Location in Wrocław or its surroundings is a must
  • Excellent communication skills and personal culture
  • Work organization and teamwork skills
  • Ability to interest the client in Grandmetric's offer and define needs
  • The ability and willingness to make the first contact with a potential new client
  • Ability to establish business relationships
  • High linguistic culture in Polish and excellent knowledge of English
  • Willingness to travel on business and a Category B driving license
  • Sales experience in the IT industry preferred
