Vector Synergy provides consulting, IT and cyber security services to support multi-national projects for prestigious clients in Europe including NATO and EU institutions. We have an EU/NATO Facility Security Clearance Certificate and most of consultants hold personal security clearances, which enables them to support classified projects marked with the clause secret or top secret.

For our Growth department, we are looking for a proactive Business Development Manager/Sales Manager, who will join us and take on the responsibility of expanding our client base and business capabilities

Key Responsibilities:

Establishing relationships with Clients in order to develop business opportunities

Building proposals and leading negotiations to achieve the set goals

Maintaining long-term and value-based business relationships

Conducting meetings with Clients on-site

Proactive sales growth and reaching budget objectives

Full accountability for Client communication throughout all stages of the process

Executing sales strategy, planning, and implementation of sales opportunities

Reporting the results of your work

At least 3 years of experience in a similar position with direct revenue accountability

Proven experience of selling outsourced IT/cyber services

Successful acquisition of new customers, supported by specific examples

Knowledge of public and defence sector will be an asset

Willingness to travel

Fluency in English (knowledge of other languages will be a plus)

Well-organized and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment

Highly developed interpersonal skills
