We are excited to announce an opportunity for an English-speaking Personal Assistant to join our PA team in Warsaw.

What the Role Entails:

As a Personal and Administrative Assistant, you will oversee daily activities for senior managers within the Discovery Sciences department, supporting managers across various locations such as the UK, US, Sweden, and Poland. Your role involves providing top-notch support, managing workloads efficiently, and showcasing problem-solving and decision-making skills.

The ideal candidate should be self-assured working autonomously, a strong team player, and comfortable in a global setting.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex diaries for multiple senior directors.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, room bookings, and virtual meetings.
  • Handle email correspondence and organize travel arrangements.
  • Submit expenses, organize team meetings, and assist in personnel onboarding and offboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and assist in raising POs.
  • Coordinate meetings and conferences smoothly and perform various administrative tasks.
  • Organize workload and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Essential Requirements:

  • Previous experience in senior PA/administrative support roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, Zoom, and various IT tools.
  • Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and able to deliver high-quality work consistently.
