Technologies-expected : SAP HANA SAP about-project : We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP Developer with expertise in both SAP Ariba and Fieldglass to join our team in Krakow.


This position will focus on the development, configuration, and operational support of both systems to enhance our procurement and vendor management processes.

The role offers a hybrid work arrangement and requires effective collaboration with teams across different time zones.

responsibilities :

Lead the development, enhancement, and maintenance of SAP Ariba Downstream modules, focusing on P2 P processes, invoice processing, and catalog management.

Configure and manage integration and functionality within SAP Fieldglass, including vendor onboarding, purchase orders, and contract management.

Utilize and manage Guided Buying in Ariba and perform administrative tasks within Fieldglass to ensure alignment and operational efficiency.

Conduct requirement gathering, system analysis, and design enhancements across both platforms.


Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues, manage incident and service requests using SNOW or similar tools, ensuring quick resolution and compliance with SLAs.

Engage in continuous improvement initiatives, identifying and implementing enhancements in system processes and user experience.


Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure systems meet business needs and lead training sessions to improve adoption and understanding.


requirements-expected : Proven experience in SAP Ariba and SAP Fieldglass modules, with a strong understanding of procurement, vendor management, and contract lifecycle processes.


Expertise in integrating SAP systems with S/4 HANA and other backend systems, with a solid grasp of cloud integration methods.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of managing complex data issues and providing effective solutions.

Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly articulating technical issues to both technical and business audiences.

Experience with incident management tools such as SNOW, and a willingness to provide on-call support as needed.
