The Role
  • Handle escalated issues with key stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
  • Provide day-to-day support to end-users on Ariba downstream functionalities, troubleshooting issues, and guiding users on proper usage. Act as the initial contact point for user inquiries and problem resolution.
  • Collaborate closely with Ariba support to enhance business requirements and apply them to client management.
  • Utilize SNOW incident management tools for logging, tracking, and managing support tickets related to SAP Ariba issues.
  • Readiness to work in shifts to provide support coverage across various time zones or to meet business needs outside regular office hours.
What You'll Bring
  • Proficiency in SAP Ariba Downstream modules, including Procurement to Payment (P2P) processes, invoice processing, Catalog management, and spend visibility.
  • Expertise in creating Service requests and Incident tickets with Ariba and collaborating with Ariba support teams.
  • Testing end-to-end Ariba PO's Invoicing with Ariba network.
  • Manually uploading catalogs, user roles, organizational data, and master data.
  • Thorough understanding of business processes and application requirements.
  • Experience in conducting code reviews and testing.
  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting for applications.
