A day in the Life:

  • Supports the achievement of recruitment goals, growth, and retention of patients at the sites.
  • Establishes solid connections with external partners and networks to enhance awareness of clinical trials.
  • Finds, plans, and joins various community events.
  • Stays informed about ongoing studies, study timelines, and protocol requirements.
  • Contributes to expanding the database and engages in efforts to enroll potential participants.
  • Distributes promotional materials like flyers and posters to raise awareness of clinical trials.
  • Leverages technology in recruitment strategies for timely enrollment.
  • Works with various marketing channels to ensure successful patient recruitment.
  • Familiar with processes of related departments to offer support when necessary.
  • May help with administrative tasks, advertising, and metric tracking.

Keys to Success:

Education and Experience:

  • High/Secondary school diploma or equivalent with relevant academic/vocational qualifications.
  • Prior experience demonstrating the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities (minimum of 2 years).

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Familiarity with research clinic operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exemplary customer service and telephone etiquette.
  • Effective organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Adept at multitasking and working autonomously.
  • Proficient in Polish and English languages.
