Your role and responsibilities

Supply Chain, Sourcing functions, Digitalization, SAP - are keywords that make your heartbeat faster?

As an active part of our international team you will have the opportunity to play a key role in the execution and implementation of strategic sourcing digital initiatives for material categories in ABB Smart Buildings.

The role will report to the Procurement Manager.

  • Drive suppliers onboarding into SAP Ariba Platform to ensure compliance, integrity in line with project time plan
  • Build & maintain reporting tools and dashboards to check and monitor execution progress of the key initiatives
  • Enquire supplier capability, financials, industrial set up and strategic orientation
  • Participate to and support local procurement initiatives focused on cost/time/quality
  • Be an inside challenger to promote sustainable solutions and culture.
Qualifications for the role

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large and complex datasets
  • A collaborative, solutionfocused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills
  • Master's degree in Business studies
  • Very good English & preferably German & Italian language knowledge
