For our Client from the HVAC industry - a producer of modern and unique ventilation solutions for customers from various sectors, we are looking for a Sales Manager for International Markets (HVAC)/ Menedżer Sprzedaży na rynki zagraniczne (rynki niemieckojęzyczne / lub inne).

The goal of the position is to build a sales strategy and develop a customer network in the designated sales regions.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing strategies for relevant markets (conducting research among local companies distributing construction materials, research in the sales channel of designers/architects, developers, research in the end users sales channel)
  • Developing German-speaking or other markets
  • Achieving sales targets and budget assumptions in the assigned markets
  • Establishing, maintaining, and developing business contacts with a focus on building long-term relationships
  • Presenting and promoting the company internationally
  • Participating in developing offers for specific export markets
  • Organizing and participating in foreign trade fairs
  • Contributing to pricing and marketing policies for products in the relevant markets
  • Reporting to the Head of Export Department located locally in Gdańsk

Requirements:

  • Higher education required (technical background preferred)
  • Experience in sales in international markets in the broadly defined HVAC or construction engineering industry
  • Very good command of English
  • Knowledge of German is also preferred
  • High skills in product presentation, training, and instructional areas
  • Strong motivation to act and excellent self-organization skills
  • Proven successful experience in a similar position and industry (manufacturing company in the HVAC sector - ventilation, air conditioning, heating) will be an additional asset
  • Willingness to travel - internationally
  • Determination in achieving business goals and assumptions
