The Industrial Fire department is expanding as it smoothly transitions from Carrier to Sentinel Capital Partners in Q3 2024, driving a spirited global expansion strategy. Compliance Specialist role is up for grabs within the Industrial Fire Poland unit, responsible for fire and gas detection systems catering to various land, sea, petrochemical, and global market applications.

Join our global Compliance team where you will play a key role in ensuring product compliance, obtaining certifications, and staying abreast of regulatory changes.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring compliance of fire detection products and systems for industrial and marine markets.
  • Collaborating with certification bodies for product certifications and upkeep of existing certificates.
  • Developing, assessing, and managing technical documentation, conformity declarations, test reports, etc.
  • Working as part of a team to carry out routine yet intricate analysis.
  • Monitoring modifications in products and regulations.
  • Providing timely and effective resolutions to escalated functions.

Role Purpose:

  • Ensuring the product portfolio aligns with all applicable regulations and standards.
  • Collaborating with the manager to plan and oversee workload and projects.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
  • Detail-oriented, intuitive, and committed to getting things right the first time.
  • Demonstrated success in a complex engineering environment.
  • Highly analytical problem solvers who rely on data-driven insights and are keen on continuous learning and knowledge-sharing to enhance team efficiency.
  • Ability to comprehend interdisciplinary technical documentation.
