Job Description

We are looking forProvider and Supplier Managerto join our global team for building-up and professionalization of Provider Management Activities for Internet Access.

In this role you will beresponsible for:

  • Planing, implementation and run of digital backbone for Bosch worldwide: Internet Connectivity & Remote Access, SDWAN & our Global Backbone
  • Developing our partnerships with providers and suppliers by setting up and improving our collaboration & communication frameworks
  • Proactively managing tenders, orders and contracts to ensure business continuity and identify and realize opportunities for cost optimization
  • Monitoring and ensuring the service delivery according to Service Levels and KPIs
  • Collaborating with all relevant Stakeholders internally and externally to meet industry standards and ensure compliant service delivery
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or similar
  • Several years of professional experience in a similar position, preferably in an international environment
  • Experience in supplier relationship management
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills and ability to plan and manage budgets in collaboration with the accounting team
  • Ability to identify cost optimization opportunities and experience in contract renewals and conducting RFP/RFQ activities
  • Experience in managing orders and contracts of providers and suppliers worldwide
  • Proven Experience in SLA management, including defining, monitoring, and enforcing SLAs, as well as tracking KPIs and implementing corrective actions with the team
  • Ability to understand and validate regulations, laws and industry standards and plan and steer measures to comply
  • Experience in risk management and ability to identify, assess, and report risks associated with provider services
  • High initiative, autonomy, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication skills in English language to ensure effective regular communication and alignment with suppliers and internal stakeholders and address issues or concerns
