Student Assistant - Global Talent Acquisition

We are looking for a highly motivated student to join our Global Talent Acquisition team. As a Student Assistant, you will handle administrative tasks and assist in LinkedIn sourcing for candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Global Talent Acquisition team
  • Maintain and update our intranet
  • Prepare and distribute recruitment-related documents and materials
  • Assist Talent Acquisition partners on an ad hoc basis
  • Collaborate on various talent acquisition projects
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information

Your qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled as a student with at least 1 year remaining in studies
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Service-minded attitude with willingness to learn
  • Fluency in English, Danish knowledge is a plus

You'll be part of Global Talent Acquisition, reporting to the Head of Global Talent Acquisition. The team includes TA Partners and sourcing specialists across various countries.
