We're in search of a creative, data-focused, and motivated student to assist us with our Employer Branding efforts in Poland.

About the team:
As a key team member of the Group Talent Attraction team operating in Nordics, Poland, and Estonia, you will primarily concentrate on the Polish market. You will closely cooperate with the entire Talent Attraction and Talent Acquisition team to comprehend the hiring requirements and devise attraction strategies intended for talent conversion. Your role will be crucial in aiding to attract, engage, and retain high-caliber talent while impacting Nordea's employer image, culture, and performance.

What you'll be doing:
  • Manage Social Media channel(s) in Poland
  • Build and sustain positive relationships with various stakeholders
  • Oversee EB content calendar for activations on relevant channels and platforms, both externally and internally in Social Media channels in Poland
  • Assist in coordinating and executing events in partnership with our Talent Attraction team members based in Poland
  • Monitor our Student Requests mailbox
