Product Owner (InPost Pay) Miejsce pracy: Kraków Twój zakres obowiązków Zarządzanie projektami szeroko związanymi z płatnościami
Wdrażanie, udoskonalanie procesów
Budowanie wizji oraz strategii rozwoju produktu
Współpraca z działami w InPost oraz partnerami zewnętrznymi (dostawcy usług IT, dostawcy usług płatniczych, Organizacje Płatnicze i inni)
Ścisła współpraca z Działem IT, Prawnym
Wspieranie zespołu w rozwiązywaniu problemów – jako 3-cia linia wsparcia.
I pamiętaj Będziesz pracował/a w niezwykle dynamicznym środowisku, w start-upowym projekcie, który jest częścią dojrzałej organizacji. Rola ma stały zakres obowiązków, ale musisz być gotowy/a na to, że jesteśmy zespołem i kiedy trzeba, wyznajemy zasadę: "Wszystkie ręce na pokład".
Nasze wymagania Szukamy osób, które:
Mają doświadczenie (potwierdzone sukcesami) w dostarczaniu zaawansowanych rozwiązań / projektów
Znają w szczególności polski rynek płatniczy z ukierunkowaniem na e-commerce, w tym zasady współpracy z: VISA / Mastercard / PSP;
Znajomość rynków zagranicznych na których działa InPost będzie dodatkowym atutem;
Wiedzą co to: Interchange fee, jak również co wpływa na Transaction Success Rate;
Mają wiedzę techniczną oraz sposób funkcjonowania w zakresie rozwiązań typu Payment Gateway;
Doskonale radzą sobie w budowaniu relacji oraz współpracy pomiędzy IT oraz Produktem / Klientem;
Są zaznajomione z pracą w dynamicznych organizacjach typu Fintech;
Komunikują się płynnie w języku polskim i angielskim
Są odporne na stres, potrafią pracować pod presją czasu
Potrafią zmienić wodę w wino... w tym biznesowym znaczeniu :)
