Jako Product Owner będziesz mieć możliwość współtworzenia i rozwijania technologii, wspierającej efektywną monetyzację serwisów internetowych RASP, z których korzysta ponad 18 milionów użytkowników każdego dnia.

responsibilities :
Tworzenie, rozwój, zarządzanie produktem i konfiguracją reklamową w dedykowanym obszarze, w celu identyfikacji unikalnych szans na maksymalizację przychodów oraz optymalizację kosztów, ze szczególnym naciskiem na narzędzia self service Onet Ads, ale nie tylko.
Prowadzenie i koordynacja złożonych projektów rozwojowych w wyznaczonym obszarze.
Monitoring i analiza trendów rynkowych, innowacji i otoczenia konkurencyjnego w obszarze produktów reklamowych, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem narzędzi i technologii reklamowych (służących do planowania, definiowania, optymalizacji, realizacji i raportowania kampanii reklamowych online).
Określanie zasad i możliwości emisji reklamy w powierzonych obszarach przy użyciu wybranych rozwiązań architektoniczno - technologicznych.
Koordynacja procesu tworzenia, konfiguracji, testów i wdrażania produktów i narzędzi reklamowych zapewniających wydajność, skalowalność i efektywność produktu reklamowego, w ścisłej współpracy z zespołami IT oraz innymi komórkami w firmie.
Badanie efektywności, optymalizacja produkcji oraz wykorzystania inventory reklamowego w oparciu o dostępne przekroje danych.
Wsparcie zespołów odpowiedzialnych za tworzenie ofert handlowych oraz zespołów AdOperations w realizacji zamówionych kampanii reklamowych.
Doradztwo i prowadzenie szkoleń dla innych zespołów w firmie oraz dla klientów z zakresu reklamowych rozwiązań architektoniczno - technologicznych i ich konfiguracji
Zarządzanie oraz koordynacja prac jednego z zespołów inżynierów.

requirements-expected :
Praktyczna wiedza z zakresu zarządzania projektem/produktem, analizy danych, marketingu produktu.
Znajomość narzędzi i systemów do emisji i zarządzania powierzchnią reklamową (adservery, platformy SSP/DSP/DMP, tag managment etc.)
Znajomość standardów dot. reklamy internetowej i zagadnień marketingu online.
Wysoko rozwinięte umiejętności analityczne, umiejętność podejmowania szybkich i dobrych decyzji oraz ich obrony.
Znajomość regulacji prawnych dotyczących Internetu i reklamy (w tym GDPR).
Umiejętność skutecznego komunikowania się z przedstawicielami zespołów IT oraz przedstawicielami zespołów handlowych.
Wielozadaniowość, umiejętność wyznaczania priorytetów oraz samodzielność w realizacji zadań.
Bardzo dobra organizacja pracy.
