IT ERP TSA Manager

This role will act as TSA (Transition Service Agreement) owner for the ERP system, representing the new KidneyCo business in the relationship with Baxter.

The role is also responsible to gather, understand and document any potential new business requirements, specifications, on small sized projects based on a solid understanding of business requirements. Asses the benefit of implementing the changes in the already existing environment (legal or regulatory requirements or business added value) versus Day 2 program.

After exiting the TSA, the role will be integrated in the newly deployed ERP environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as single point of communication between the KidneyCo and Baxter in regard to TSAs ERP
  • Ensures that TSAs are executed per agreed upon SLAs
  • Ensures that the TSA progress is communicated to all impacted stakeholders in a consistent and accurate manner via a regular reporting cadence: financial impact (historical and projected) and key exit risks and issues to ensure cross-functional alignment.
  • Ensures that TSA billing and payments are handled efficiently.
  • Ensures that TSA exits and extensions are coordinated, with relevant functional organizations on both sides, in accordance with agreed upon TSA terms

Key responsibilities (non TSA related)

  • Identify, assess, and resolve business problemsfor assigned applications and processes
  • Define, design and document business and integration flows/processes.
  • Ensure that the IT compliance and security requirements are met, manage project tasks and provide regular status.
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures to standardize tasks for consistency in operations
  • Work with 3rd party, other IT teams, and/or business partner when issues are found; manage issues to closure.
  • Helps create, manage, and enforce IT Controls, validation and change control, policies, and procedures.
  • Manage system enhancements/releases.
  • Put together work plans, track project work. Independently manage own work.
  • Communicate status, solutions, and concerns. Disseminate information in a timely manner within the team.
  • Perform tasks with minimum direction, independently manage complex problems, guide others
  • Support EA in analyzing Applications capabilities and drive standardization among application in his\her domain portfolio
  • Demonstrate strong business knowledge, require limited direction, give moderate guidance to others, handle complex problems and possess strong knowledge of SDLC.

  • Working knowledge of lean product principles and strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and IT compliance
  • Solid communication (verbal and written) skills and attention to detail
  • Sense of urgency with strong follow-up skills. Must be detailed oriented and able to work in a matrixed team setting
  • Must be able to work with others in different time zones
  • Willingness to learn new skills
  • Work with Third Party, Business Leadership Teams and/or business partners when issues are found; manage issues to closure.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering etc.
  • 8+ years of experience in Information Systems, experience in ERP and boundary applications
  • Experience with ERP integrations with other systems (WMS, 3PL, CRM, Pricing/Tenders), supporting integration tools
  • Experience with ITSM Process, (Service Now is preferred)
