At Devapo, you'll have the opportunity to discuss your challenges and solutions with our team of experts, including experienced architects who are always ready to share their knowledge and guide you through complex technical decisions.What you will do:As part of our team, you'll:Define and communicate product vision and strategyManage and prioritize product backlog based on business valueWrite clear user stories with acceptance criteriaCollaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirementsWork closely with development teams during sprint planning and reviewsMake data-driven decisions on feature prioritizationValidate deliverables and accept completed workAnalyze product metrics and user feedback to drive improvementsBalance business needs, technical constraints, and user experienceWhat we are looking for:3+ years of hands-on experience as Product Owner or Business Analyst in IT projectsStrong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologiesExperience writing user stories and managing product backlogsAbility to translate business requirements into technical solutionsStrong stakeholder management and negotiation skillsData-driven approach to decision makingUnderstanding of software development lifecycleNice to know: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO)Knowledge of JIRA, ConfluenceExperience with digital products (web/mobile applications) and UX/UI principlesProficiency in English and Polish (preferable C1 level) to communicate effectively with our clientsHigher education in technical, business, or related fieldWhat we offer:Training and certification funding, with time for learning during working hoursPrivate medical care: MedicoverMultisportLanguage classes (English)Flexible working hoursTeam meetings and integration eventsReferral bonus for recommending a new employee
