Product Owner


Responsibilities:

  • Own the product vision and roadmap for international websites

  • Partner with marketing and regional leaders across timezones to gather requirements and align strategies

  • Partner closely with the CX Design team to ensure adherence to design standards, accessibility best practices, and delivery of consistent, high-quality user experiences across all regions

  • Vendor/agency management (development, translation/localization partners)

  • Documentation and requirements writing (user stories, acceptance criteria)

  • Translate business needs into prioritized epics/stories for the dev team

  • Manage backlog, sprint planning, and ensure delivery aligns with business goals

  • Ensure websites meet compliance, accessibility, and localization standards

  • Work with external agencies on translations and transcreation to ensure cultural and linguistic accuracy

  • Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions, SEO effectiveness, regional adoption)

  • Identify optimization opportunities and implement enhancements based on data insights

  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment (IT, Legal, Regulatory, Marketing, Regional stakeholders)

  • Act as the primary point of contact for international web initiatives

  • Support governance and ensure brand/experience consistency globally

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Product Owner or in Product Management

  • Web product management experience (epics, stories, backlog management)

  • Strong understanding of international web platforms, CMS, SEO, localization, and accessibility

  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

  • Technical fluency: ability to communicate with developers (HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics)

  • Data-driven mindset: web analytics (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), A/B testing, KPIs

  • Experience with stakeholder alignment across global regions and functions (Marketing, IT, Compliance, Regional leads)

  • Strong cross-cultural communication and collaboration

  • Ability to balance global consistency with regional/local needs

  • Prioritization and decision-making under constraint

  • Stakeholder management and influence (across marketing, regions, leadership)

  • Proactive problem-solving, anticipating risks and issues

  • Change management and adaptability in a shifting environment- Empathy for end-users across diverse regions

  • Clear, concise communicator (both written and verbal, in English)
