Software engineers take responsibility for estimating, planning and managing all tasks and report on progressQuality. Software engineer is also responsible for the quality of the software. The team takes responsibility for the quality of the work they produce instead of turning over some code to a separate and independent group for testingTeamwork. This includes collaboration with all other team members or even teams with the aim to take shared responsibility for the overall effortsUnderstanding user needs. This is about interacting with the product team as necessary to clarify requirementsRequirementsUX understanding4+ years of experience in JS and TypeScriptExperience with React, Redux, Saga, Styled Components, MobX, JestComputer Science: Algorithms complexity basics (BigO), Data structuresProgramming Paradigms (OOP, FP): Knowledge of OOP, main concepts of FPUnderstanding of communication Protocols: HTTP, REST API, WS and Polling, GraphQLSolid analytical and troubleshooting abilitiesTeam player mindset and great sense of humorSelf-motivated and passionate attitudeAbility to prioritize and organize effectivelyEnglish level — Intermediate / Upper Intermediate (B1-B2)QualificationsExperience working in product companiesBenefitsWork in a highly professional team.
