For one of our partners, we are seeking a Enterprise Architect who will be responsible for Design and Developement. The ideal candidate will possess the necessary skills and experience to contribute to the success of our partner organization.

Overview

We are seeking an Enterprise Architect with deep expertise in Adobe’s enterprise technology stack and proven experience guiding large-scale digital transformation. This role ensures ABB leverages the full power of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Workfront, and AI capabilities to deliver scalable, future-ready digital experiences. The ideal candidate combines full-stack development understanding with business acumen, acting as both a strategic advisor and a practical delivery planner.

Key Responsibilities

• Adobe Platform Strategy & Architecture - Define the end-to-end enterprise architecture across AEM, AEP, Workfront, Target, Analytics, and AI. - Ensure optimal platform use, integration, and scalability. - Translate Adobe’s roadmap into actionable value for ABB’s business and digital strategy. • Technical Leadership - Collaborate with front-end and back-end architects to design scalable solutions. - Lead technical planning, solution design, and estimation for large-scale transformation programs. - Oversee QA standards, performance, and security across platforms. • Client & Business Engagement - Act as a client-friendly translator of complex technical concepts into clear business benefits. - Partner with business stakeholders to align architecture decisions with ABB’s strategic goals. - Serve as a pitch and pre-sales expert, articulating ABB’s digital vision to senior leadership. • Transformation Planning & Delivery - Estimate effort, cost, and risk for global multi-year transformation projects. - Create architectural blueprints and roadmaps that balance speed, quality, and

scalability. - Ensure technical feasibility of personalization, data activation, and AI use cases.

Requirements

• 10+ years in enterprise architecture, digital platforms, or solution architecture. • Strong knowledge of the Adobe Experience Cloud stack: AEM, AEP, Target, Analytics, Workfront, AI/ML capabilities. • Understanding of full software development lifecycle, with ability to talk confidently across front-end, back-end, QA, and DevOps. • Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise migrations and transformations. • Strong estimation, planning, and program design skills.

Collaboration & Mindset: • Trusted advisor and bridge between technical and business teams. • Excellent communication and presentation skills; proven success in executive-level pitches. • Ability to operate in a consulting/agency environment with multiple stakeholders.
