Global markets move fast — and the technology behind them has to move even faster. We’re looking for a Java Developer to help build and refine the platforms that keep trading operations running seamlessly. This is a multi‑year, long‑term B2B project within a Tier 1 investment bank, offering the chance to work on distributed systems where reliability, scalability, and clean design are critical.

You’ll join a Kraków‑based team of experienced engineers, collaborating in a high‑trust environment where technical excellence and problem‑solving are valued above all else.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

  • Proficiency in Java programming language and related frameworks (e.g., Spring)

  • Good understanding of object‑oriented programming principles and design patterns

  • Hands‑on experience in Core Java 8+, Spring, Oracle, and Linux

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

  • Skilled at analysing and debugging large existing code bases
