Become a part of the fastest-growing financial brand in PolandŁódź based opportunity with hybrid work model (2 days in the office/month).As a UniFlow Configuration Specialist, you will be working for our client, a leader in online banking, specializing in optimizing and automating key operational processes. In this role, you will design, configure, and enhance business workflows on the BPMS UniFlow platform. You will also engage in coding outputs using XSLT and XML while ensuring compliance with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with teams to deliver effective and innovative solutions in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.Your main responsibilities: Design and optimize processes on the BPMS UniFlow platformConfigure and maintain workflows to meet business requirementsCode outputs using XSLT and XML in line with SDLC standardsCollaborate with teams to develop scalable and efficient process solutionsAnalyze existing workflows to identify and implement improvementsEnsure compliance with internal process and security standardsDocument technical workflows and provide updates to stakeholdersTrain and support team members in using and maintaining UniFlow solutionsYou're ideal for this role if you have:Knowledge of at least one programming languageFamiliarity with BPMN and UML notationsExperience with Ferryt, Camunda, or similar BPMS platformsMinimum of 3 years of experience in a similar rolePractical knowledge of CSS and HTMLStrong analytical and logical thinking skillsAbility to work effectively in a teamSkills in optimization and process improvementCreativity and dedication to achieving resultsGood command of English for technical documentationNice to have:Practical knowledge of XML, XSLT, SQLFamiliarity with UI/UX and Design ThinkingUnderstanding of SCRUM methodologyExperience with SPLUNK and JIRAKnowledge of banking products (accounts, loans for individuals and businesses)We offer you:ITDS Business Consultants is involved in many various, innovative and professional IT projects for international companies in the financial industry in Europe.
