Łódź-based with hybrid work model (2 days in the office/month).As a Lowcode Platform Configuration Specialist, you will be working for our client, one of the leading innovators in online banking services, on the development and optimization of business process automation. You will support projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency through UniFlow BPMS platform configurations, ensuring seamless integration of print outputs and process workflows. The client is focused on delivering advanced banking solutions, where your contribution will directly impact the performance and digital transformation of key internal services.Your main responsibilities:Design business processes using BPMN on the UniFlow platformConfigure and optimize workflows according to system and business requirementsDevelop and adjust print templates using XSLT and XMLCollaborate with team members across business and IT departmentsParticipate in the full SDLC lifecycle from concept to deploymentImplement UI improvements using HTML and CSSAnalyze existing processes and suggest improvementsEnsure system configurations comply with internal standardsSupport testing and debugging of configured workflowsDocument configurations and changes in the systemYou're ideal for this role if you have:Familiarity with at least one programming languageKnowledge of Ferryt, Camunda, Uniflow (preferable) or similar platformsKnowledge of BPMN and UML notationsHands-on experience with HTML and CSSBasic understanding of XML and XSLTAnalytical and logical thinking skillsAbility to work effectively in a teamStrong communication and assertiveness skillsCreative mindset and proactive approachAbility to optimize and improve existing processesEnglish language skills enabling communicationNice to have:Experience with SQLUnderstanding of UI/UX and Design ThinkingFamiliarity with SCRUM methodologyKnowledge of SPLUNK, JIRAUnderstanding of banking products (accounts, loans for individuals and businesses)What we offer:Stable and long-term cooperation with very good conditionsAccess to attractive Medical PackageEnhance your skills and develop your expertise in the financial industryAccess to Multisport ProgramWork on the most strategic projects available in the marketAccess to PluralsightDefine your career roadmap and develop yourself in the best and fastest possible way by delivering strategic projects for different clients of ITDS over several yearsFlexible hoursParticipate in Social Events, training, and work in an international environment
