About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced React Native Developer to lead our expansion into mobile development. You will take ownership for a greenfield native project, guiding it from prototype through to production deployment, while helping establish mobile development best practices across our organization.ResponsibilitiesBuild from the ground up: Establish CI/CD pipelines for building, testing, and deploying React Native applicationsOwn the deployment process: Set up and manage publishing workflows using ExpoBridge native and JavaScript: Develop custom Turbo Modules to extend React Native's capabilitiesMentor and collaborate: Share your mobile expertise with our web development team, helping them transition to native developmentCraft exceptional user experiences: Design and implement polished mobile UI/UX that feels native to each platformContribute to the full stack: Write backend code in TypeScript to support mobile featuresRequired ExperienceProven track record building and shipping React Native applications to productionExceptional TypeScript knowledge with deep understanding of advanced types, generics, and type-safe patternsDeep expertise in setting up DevOps pipelines for React Native projects (CI/CD, testing automation)Experience with Expo and its publishing/deployment workflowsHands-on experience writing Turbo Modules or native modulesStrong mobile UI/UX implementation skills with attention to platform-specific design patternsAbility to mentor developers and share knowledge effectivelyNice to HaveFull-stack development experience (REST APIs, relational databases, message queues, React).NET backgroundRxJS experienceEffect-TS or functional programming paradigmsAbout Our TeamWe have a strong web development team and are now expanding into the mobile space.
