We are seeking a highly skilled Lead React Developer to join our team in building a cutting-edge iGaming platform.

You will work with modern technologies, contribute to architectural decisions, and help shape the future of our product.

Please note that working from the Warsaw or Gdansk office 5 days per week is required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a complex iGaming platform using React and TypeScript

  • Write high-quality, scalable, testable, and high-performant code

  • Participate in software system testing, validation procedures, programming, and documentation

  • Lead assigned projects, including task assignment, coordination, and performance monitoring as needed

  • Provide technical advice and assist in solving programming challenges

  • Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions


Requirements

  • At least 5 years of commercial experience with React

  • Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in web development

  • Proficiency in TypeScript

  • Familiarity with testing frameworks and test runners such as Jest

  • Experience consuming REST APIs

  • Clear understanding of SOLID/GRASP principles, client-side architecture, and design patterns

  • Awareness of cross-browser compatibility issues and client-side performance considerations

  • Exceptional learning skills, problem-solving ability, and capacity to work independently

  • Solid understanding and extensive experience with tools like Git, npm, Webpack, Babel, and Linters

  • Intermediate level of English (spoken and written)


Nice to have

  • Background in using the Nx framework

  • Skills in working with TypeScript AST and code modifiers

  • Familiarity with GitLab CI

  • Understanding of Docker, NGINX and NodeJS

  • Capability to assess web UX and recognize product quality
