This role will be responsible for building, optimising, and automating data workflows, developing PowerBI dashboards and PowerPoint reports, developing security metrics and supporting senior stakeholders.How you will get the job donesupporting the design, building and implementing of the cyber analytics platform (SPIRE – Security Performance & Insights Reporting Engine)designing and developing automated reporting solutions using Azure/SQL, PowerBI and Power-Point providing insight into the performance of security operationsdesigning, testing and executing database changes – implementing and optimizing extract, transforming, loading (ETL) workflows for IT risk and securitysetting up, maintaining & enhancing data pipelines – ensuring the efficient collection and transformationprocessing and delivering data from disparate sourcescontinuously improving the SPIRE platform (e.g. onboarding new services, automating implementation, enabling contextual self-service reporting)collaborating with stakeholders to define security KPIs and KRIs and creating dashboards that drive security risk and investment decisionstransforming complex IT security data sets into clear, actionable insights through data visualization and analysisleading the development of regional reports to empower stakeholders across the organizationguiding stakeholders in interpreting data and applying insights to security risk and performance metricsdesigning and preparing effective PowerPoint presentations based on cybersecurity topics and metricsSkills and experience you will needfluent spoken and written EnglishBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or equivalent experience in a related fieldexcellent communication, organisational, presentation, and interpersonal skillscommercial experience in data analytics, business intelligence or a similar rolestrong background (min. 5 years) in Azure-based data solutions, including data integration, ETL, storage and presentationstrong background (min. 5 years) in cybersecurity (highly desirable)ability to work with large data sets in a financial services environmentproven experience and expertise in designing and implementing data pipelines and automated reporting solutions using Azure technologies (e.g. Azure Data Factory / Azure SQL / Power BI)expertise in setting up data connectors (APIs and unstructured data) and transformation of results (e.g. with Python)expertise in cloud storage solutions (Azure SQL), including data modelling and queryingexpertise in developing Power BI applications using Power Query Dataflows and producing high-quality PowerBI reports with advanced DAX and drill-throughsexpertise in MS Excel (including PivotTables) and PowerPoint (including excellent visualisations)expertise in implementing effective reporting and metrics programs, including gathering stakeholder requirements and defining KPIs/KRIs using quantitative and qualitative methodsproven experience in developing high-quality documentation and PowerPoint presentations, providing insights to enable management decisionsexperience of developing content for, and interacting with, senior managementPerks & BenefitsLet's be healthyMedical package, sports card, and numerous sports sections – these are some of the benefits that help our employees stay in good shape.Let's be balancedWork-life balance is a key aspect of a healthy workplace.
