About the project

We are looking for Cloudera Engineer with French to join Sopra Steria Polska for a team that works for a client that involves providing technological and operational support for the French postal service.

You will join a team responsible for maintaining and developing a Big Data environment based on the Cloudera platform. The project involves integration, automation, and development of solutions in the areas of data, security, and process of orchestration.

Your responsibilities

• Maintain and develop the Cloudera platform (HDFS, Hive, YARN, Ranger, HBase)
• Create and maintain automation processes (Ansible, AWX)
• Manage integration and deployment in RHEL environments
• Implement scripts (Python, Shell)
• Configure and manage CI/CD tools (Jenkins)
• Collaborate with security teams (IAM, FreeIPA, CyberArk)
• Monitoring and analysis (Centreon, Prometheus, Kibana, Grafana)
• Database management (PostgreSQL / Patroni)
• Work with orchestration tools (Airflow)

Our requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as Infrastructure Engineer,
• Proven experience with Cloudera ecosystem, including key components such as Hive, HDFS, YARN, Ranger, and HBase
• Strong knowledge of Linux administration, specifically RHEL 8.x
• Hands-on experience in automation and deployment using AWX and Ansible
• Ability to write and maintain scripts in Python and Shell for automation and integration tasks
• Solid understanding of PostgreSQL / Patroni for database management
• Experience with workflow orchestration tools, particularly Airflow
• French language at a communicative level
