About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer specializing in the Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) module. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow HRSD solutions that streamline and automate HR processes, enhance employee experiences, and improve service efficiency. You will work closely with HR stakeholders, architects, and platform administrators to deliver robust and scalable ServiceNow applications aligned with business goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and develop solutions within the ServiceNow HRSD module, including Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center (ESC), Lifecycle Events, and HR Integrations.

  • Customize HR services, portals, and workflows to meet business requirements.

  • Integrate HRSD with third-party HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).

  • Implement HR case management and automate employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, transfers, and offboarding.

  • Maintain and enhance HR knowledge bases, catalogs, and virtual agent configurations.

  • Develop and support custom scripts, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts following ServiceNow best practices.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HRSD modules and integrations.

  • Collaborate with HR teams, IT, and ServiceNow administrators to deliver and maintain high-quality solutions.

  • Document technical solutions and provide handover to operations and support teams.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.

  • Proven experience implementing and supporting the ServiceNow HRSD module.

  • Strong understanding of HR processes, case management, and employee service delivery concepts.

  • Experience developing and maintaining custom workflows, forms, and UI components in ServiceNow.

  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, Flow Designer, and REST/SOAP integrations.

  • Familiarity with ITIL and HR best practices.

  • Experience working in Agile environments.

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD is a strong plus.


Nice to Have:

  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM.

  • Knowledge of Employee Center Pro and Virtual Agent configuration.

  • Background in HR technology or employee experience design.
