We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in the Integrated Risk Management (IRM) module. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, risk managers, and technical teams to deliver scalable, automated, and efficient ServiceNow IRM applications. Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow IRM modules, including Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, Vendor Risk Management , and Continuous Authorization and Monitoring . Implement and customize workflows, dashboards, and reporting to support governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) processes. Integrate IRM with external systems and data sources for automated risk and compliance data exchange. Maintain data integrity across risk registers, control frameworks, and policy libraries. Develop custom scripts, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts aligned with ServiceNow best practices. Collaborate with risk, compliance, and IT teams to streamline processes and improve visibility of enterprise risk. Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and documentation for IRM modules. Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience working with the ServiceNow platform . Proven experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow IRM (or GRC ) modules. Proficiency in JavaScript , Glide scripting , Flow Designer , and REST/SOAP integrations . Familiarity with governance frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, or GDPR. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – IRM (or GRC) is a strong plus. Nice to Have: Experience integrating ServiceNow with GRC tools , SIEM systems , or compliance platforms . Knowledge of Risk Scoring models , Automated Controls , and Continuous Monitoring features.
