We’re developing digital solutions that accelerate the discovery of new medicines and improve patient outcomes. Joining our team means contributing to projects that have a tangible impact on healthcare and society - in a dynamic environment where science meets technology.Main tasks and responsibilities:As a Senior FullStack Engineer, you’ll have the opportunity to work hands-on with modern technologies such as React 18, TypeScript, Python 3.8+, and Django - always using the latest versions and best practices.You’ll collaborate closely with highly skilled Engineers from around the world in a supportive, international environment. Our small team (4–6 people) values focus and efficiency - we keep meetings to a minimum so you can spend your time doing what you do best: building great software.Your work will be evenly split between frontend and backend, giving you the chance to grow in both areas. What’s more, you’ll have a real say in shaping new features and defining requirements, directly influencing the direction and success of the product. We offer a choice of employment form: B2B or Employment Contract UoP: 17 400 – 22 000 PLN gross/monthB2B: 140 – 170 PLN net/hour + VAT You might be the perfect match if you are/have:4+ years of commercial experience as a Fullstack Engineer;Strong expertise in Python (3.x, ideally 3.9+);Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React;Knowledge of Django (Django ORM) and experience with GraphQL (preferred Strawberry);Strong knowledge of databases – SQL (Postgres, Oracle, Snowflake) and NoSQL (DynamoDB);Practical experience with containerisation (Docker);Experience working with cloud platforms – AWS (Step Functions, EC2, S3, ECR, CloudFormation/CDK, Lambda) and/or GCP;Ability to work in Unix/Linux environments and with Bash scripting;Proactive and self-driven, able to identify opportunities and suggest tasks rather than waiting for assignments;Strong team player, comfortable collaborating and contributing in group settings;Positive mindset and constructive approach to challenges;Initiative-taker who is not afraid to lead or push ideas forward;Eager to learn, grow, and continuously develop new skills;Fluent English (C1) for effective collaboration in an international environment;Location in Poland, enabling smooth cooperation and occasional in-person team meetings;Availability up to one month. Moreover, we appreciate skills in these areas:Many years of experience in a similar senior role;Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines;Other Python frameworks like FastAPI or Flask;Experience with testing frameworks/tools (e.g. Playwright);Interest in Life Sciences and Drug Discovery.
