Remote work: 100%

Project language: English

Business trips: a few team meetings per year in Warsaw and an integration trip once a year

Project length: Open-ended contracts (we’re looking for a person open to a long-term cooperation, at least a few years to come)

Start: ideally ASAP, but we’re open to candidates with longer notice period

Assignment type: B2B


The role

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you’ll work in a cross-functional team focused on building and maintaining scalable features using Java, JavaScript, and cloud-native tools (AWS). You’ll collaborate with product managers and architects, solve real business problems with clean technical solutions, and help keep things stable, efficient, and well-documented along the way.


About the Client

Leading Software as a Service company providing CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) system and trusted by global manufacturers.


Stack: Java, JavaScript, custom backend and frontend frameworks, AWS, some TypeScript components, MySQL, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD


Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product managers and architects.

  • Build and maintain scalable features using Java, JavaScript, and cloud-native tools (AWS).

  • Ensure solutions are well-documented and efficient.

  • Resolve real business problems with technical solutions.

  • Work in a cross-functional team environment.

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in software development.

  • Solid Java skills and the ability to build scalable backend systems, we work with the latest LTS Java SE.

  • Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript.

  • Proficient with CI/CD and cloud tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, AWS (but don’t worry, we have our Infra/DevOps Team).

  • A practical approach to problem-solving and delivering value.

  • Fluent in English.

Nice to Have:

  • SaaS experience.

  • Familiarity with test automation.

  • A DevOps mindset.
