W związku z rozwojem naszego zespołu, aktualnie poszukujemy kandydatów/-tek na stanowisko: Digital Marketer Team Leader.


Poziom stanowiska: Specjalista/Team Leader

Lokalizacja: Zdalnie/Warszawa (Q22)

Umowa: B2B


✔️Zakres obowiązków:

  • Zarządzanie zespołem: kierowanie i mentorowanie zespołu w zakresie planowania, wykonywania i analizowania kampanii na płatnych platformach.
  • Nadzór nad planowaniem i zakupem mediów do kampanii digital.
  • Kontrola budżetu reklamowego.
  • Współpraca z sieciami reklamowymi.
  • Mentorowanie zespołu w zakresie projektowania ścieżki zakupowej.
  • Nadzór nad produkcją landing pages: współpraca z designerami produkującymi landing pages.
  • Mentorowanie zespołu w zakresie przeprowadzania testów A/B.
  • Mentorowanie zespołu w zakresie planowania i implementacji kampanii emailowych.
  • Tworzenie procesów i manuali do usprawniania pracy zespołu.
  • Przygotowanie analiz i raportów podsumowujących prowadzone działań.
  • Analiza rynkowa: obserwacja działań konkurencji (branża health & beauty).


✔️Wymagania:

  • Doświadczenie na stanowisku lidera zespołu oraz doświadczenie w marketingu cyfrowym, najlepiej w agencji reklamowej lub domu mediowym.
  • Co najmniej 5-letnie doświadczenie w planowaniu, zakupach mediów, zarządzaniu kampaniami w obszarach: Digital, Display, GDN.
  • Praktyczna znajomość platform reklamowych (mile widziane Taboola, Outbrain), w tym targetowania odbiorców, remarketingu, optymalizacji budżetu oraz API pikseli i konwersji.
  • Umiejętność skutecznej optymalizacji wskaźników KPI (ROAS, CTR, CR, CPA).
  • Zrozumienie modeli rozliczeniowych stosowanych przy zakupie mediów.
  • Umiejętność analizowania danych i przekształcania ich w namacalne sugestie, które mogą być łatwo zrozumiałe dla osób bez Twojego poziomu wiedzy.
  • Doświadczenie w projektowaniu ścieżki zakupowej od pierwszego kontaktu z reklamą po finalną konwersję.
  • Znajomość narzędzi analizy i researchu konkurencji i tredów rynkowych.
  • Dobrze rozwinięte umiejętności języka angielskiego (minimum poziom B2).

Mile widziane:

  • Znajomość podstaw copywritingu oraz designu.
  • Doświadczenie w marketingu w mediach społecznościowych / marketingu marketplace.
