About the project

You will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing Hardware Asset Management (HAM) processes within the ServiceNow platform. The role ensures accurate tracking, compliance, and governance of hardware assets across the enterprise. You will collaborate closely with asset owners and stakeholders to maintain data integrity and support process adherence.

Your responsibilities
  • Maintaining data continuity within the IT Asset Repository, including Asset Models
  • Tracking and governing compliance of HAM processes within the team
  • Collaborating with stakeholders owning hardware assets to ensure process adherence and data integrity
  • Escalating process-related issues to the Process Owner
  • Ensuring accurate and up-to-date hardware asset records in ServiceNow
  • Performing assigned tasks related to hardware asset requests and changes
Our requirements
  • Having a minimum of 3 years of experience in Hardware Asset Management using ServiceNow as the primary platform
  • Applying business analyst skills to support data-related activities
  • Using technical writing skills to assist with process documentation
  • Working with data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel
  • Supporting process documentation and reporting activities
  • Residing in Poland required
