The Opportunity


As a Product Manager, you will work with other product managers and teams across the company to support the full product lifecycle for our Platform as a Service. This is a great chance to gain practical experience in product management in a visible and impactful role.


Responsibilities


  • Product Vision & Roadmap: Develop and manage the roadmap for your product, making sure it meets business goals and customer needs. Oversee the full product lifecycle from idea to launch.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, QA, and marketing teams to deliver successful product launches.

  • Project Management: Help improve processes and apply best practices in product development using Agile methods. Support smooth and efficient teamwork.

  • Customer Research: Study market trends and customer needs. Use data to guide product decisions and feature priorities.


Requirements


  • 4+ years of product management experience

  • 2+ years of direct experience in fintech and/or finance

  • Proven ability to manage a roadmap and take full ownership of product success

  • Good knowledge of Agile/Scrum methods and tools like Jira

  • Strong communication skills for working with both technical and non-technical teams

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
