You will play a pivotal role in shaping modern digital solutions aimed at enhancing customer engagement and streamlining financial and leasing processes. Join a dynamic environment where product vision, strategic thinking, and cross-team collaboration are at the forefront of delivering impactful results and driving growth.Your main responsibilities:Gather and specify detailed functional and non-functional requirements for mobile application projectsDefine system assumptions, constraints, and ensure alignment with business objectivesCollaborate proactively with stakeholders to identify critical needs and translate them into technical solutionsDrive product vision, manage, and prioritize the product backlog to ensure delivery of value-driven featuresWork closely with development, design, and product teams throughout the solution lifecycleCreate comprehensive technical and training documentation for end-users and internal teamsOversee the development and testing of mobile application features, ensuring quality and performance standardsPresent and advocate proposed solutions within and outside the organization to gain stakeholder buy-inSupport decision-making processes with data-driven insights and facilitate timely project deliveryYou're ideal for this role if you have:At least 8 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in IT projectsProven track record in delivering successful mobile application projectsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environmentsAbility to work effectively both independently and within cross-functional teamsExcellent communication skills with developers, designers, product managers, and stakeholdersProduct-oriented mindset with a talent for shaping and articulating product visionStrong organizational skills capable of managing multiple priorities under pressureIt is a strong plus if you have: (optional)Knowledge of Flutter and Firebase technologiesVery good SQL skills and experience with MS SQL Server or Oracle databasesFamiliarity with UML, BPMN, and CASE tools like Enterprise ArchitectExperience working with User Stories, Use Cases, or other requirement description methodsKnowledge related to leasing, CFM, insurance, compliance, or financeExperience in designing IT system architecture, including security and performance considerationsProficiency in English to interpret documentation and communicate with international vendorsWhat we offer:Stable and long-term cooperation with very good conditionsAccess to attractive Medical PackageEnhance your skills and develop your expertise in the financial industryAccess to Multisport ProgramWork on the most strategic projects available in the marketAccess to PluralsightDefine your career roadmap and develop yourself in the best and fastest possible way by delivering strategic projects for different clients of ITDS over several yearsFlexible hoursParticipate in Social Events, training, and work in an international environmentRef.: 7984
