About The Project
You will work across capital markets processes and Salesforce CRM, delivering business analysis, data mapping and workflow improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Work with stakeholders to define business requirements
  • Create user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Map data flows across Salesforce and capital markets systems
  • Support data quality and lineage initiatives
  • Investigate issues using SQL
  • Improve CRM workflows and data processes
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and backlog management

Requirements

  • Experience as a BA in Capital Markets
  • Hands-on Salesforce CRM experience
  • Good SQL skills for validation and analysis
  • Strong understanding of financial instruments
  • Experience with global stakeholders
  • Excellent communication in English
