Opis stanowiska:

Szukamy doświadczonego Infrastructure Operations Engineer, który dołączy do naszego zespołu i zadba o stabilność, bezpieczeństwo oraz sprawne działanie naszej infrastruktury IT. Będziesz odpowiadać za systemy Linux(głównie) i Windows, chmurę (AWS/GCP) oraz wsparcie krytycznych procesów biznesowych, w tym platform płatniczych.


Główne zadania:

  • Obsługa infrastruktury – serwery, bazy danych i chmura, aby wszystko działało sprawnie.

  • Administracja i rozwiązywanie problemów – diagnozowanie awarii w Linux i Windows.

  • Reagowanie na incydenty – szybkie znajdowanie przyczyn i naprawa usterek.

  • Aktualizacje i konserwacja – instalowanie poprawek i aktualizacji, dbanie o bezpieczeństwo.

  • Wdrażanie zmian – wprowadzanie nowych funkcji i technologii bez przerywania pracy systemów.

  • Współpraca z zespołem inżynierów – testowanie narzędzi i automatyzacja procesów.

  • Przestrzeganie procesów operacyjnych – procedury zmiany systemu, obsługa problemów.

  • Dyżury 24/7 – reagowanie na awarie nocą lub w weekendy.

  • Dokumentacja i dzielenie się wiedzą – tworzenie i aktualizacja materiałów operacyjnych.


Wymagane umiejętności:

  • Minimum 4 lata doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku.

  • Dobra znajomość Linuxa (Windows będzie dodatkowym atutem).

  • Praktyczne doświadczenie w pracy z chmurą (AWS/GCP).

  • Umiejętność korzystania z narzędzi automatyzujących infrastrukturę (Terraform, Ansible).

  • Umiejętność diagnozowania i rozwiązywania problemów w środowisku produkcyjnym.

  • Doświadczenie w aktualizowaniu systemów i monitorowaniu ich działania.

  • Biegła znajomość języka angielskiego.


Dodatkowe atuty:

  • Pisanie skryptów: Python, Bash, PowerShell.

  • Znajomość kontenerów: Docker, Kubernetes.

  • Doświadczenie w CI/CD (Git, Jenkins).

  • Praca w środowiskach regulowanych, np. PCI-compliant.

  • Znajomość procesów ITIL i standardów zarządzania incydentami i zmianami.
