Performance Test Team Lead odpowiada za planowanie, realizację i doskonalenie procesów testów wydajnościowych w organizacji. Łączy kompetencje techniczne z rolą liderską — prowadzi zespół inżynierów testów wydajnościowych, nadzoruje jakość prac oraz aktywnie uczestniczy w projektach jako ekspert techniczny.


Zakres obowiązków

  • Analiza wymagań wydajnościowych wspólnie z klientem, architektem IT i dostawcami rozwiązań.

  • Definiowanie kryteriów wydajnościowych i opracowywanie planów testów.

  • Dobór i konfiguracja narzędzi do automatyzacji testów wydajnościowych (np. JMeter, Gatling).

  • Projektowanie, automatyzacja i uruchamianie scenariuszy testów wydajnościowych.

  • Analiza wyników testów, przygotowywanie raportów oraz rekomendacji optymalizacji.

  • Rozwój i utrzymanie frameworków oraz środowisk testów wydajnościowych.

  • Wdrażanie usprawnień i rekomendacji w architekturze testowej.

  • Współpraca z zespołami DevOps, Architektury i Developmentu w celu zapewnienia wysokiej jakości i stabilności systemów.

  • Zarządzanie zespołem testerów wydajnościowych – planowanie i przydzielanie zadań, monitorowanie postępów, code review, mentoring, rozwój kompetencji zespołu.

  • Udział w przygotowywaniu wymagań wydajnościowych dla nowych projektów i postępowań zakupowych.


Wymagania

  • Wykształcenie wyższe techniczne lub informatyczne.

  • Minimum 3 lata doświadczenia w obszarze testów wydajnościowych (planowanie, projektowanie, realizacja, analiza).

  • Bardzo dobra znajomość narzędzi takich jak JMeter lub Gatling.

  • Znajomość wzorców projektowych i procesów Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD).

  • Doświadczenie w testowaniu API.

  • Umiejętność analizy złożonych problemów wydajnościowych oraz rekomendowania rozwiązań.

  • Praktyczna znajomość zasad i technik testowania wg ISTQB.

  • Doświadczenie w pracy zespołowej i zdolności liderskie — mentoring, motywowanie, rozwój ludzi.

  • Proaktywność, odpowiedzialność i orientacja na jakość oraz efektywność.
