THE BIG PICTURE

We are expanding our engineering team to support a critical Cybersecurity (ICS) project and are seeking an experienced Lead Machine Learning Engineer. This individual will take full ownership of AI/ML initiatives, working independently to deliver cutting-edge GenAI and LLM-driven security solutions. The role is crucial for accelerating high-impact deliverables this year and driving strategic innovations in AI for cybersecurity.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE MAGIC HAPPEN

• Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of AI/ML solutions, with a focus on GenAI and LLM-based security systems.

• Drive strategic initiatives and ensure timely delivery of critical project milestones.

• Develop and optimize ML models, including RAG systems and NLP solutions, tailored for cybersecurity use cases.

• Independently manage projects as a one-person team, including architecture design, technical writing, and stakeholder communication.

• Contribute expertise in modeling and simulating complex systems (e.g., cellular automata, multi-agent systems).

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML tools within broader systems and ensure scalability.

WHAT MAKES YOU AWESOME

• Proven experience (senior/lead level) in Machine Learning with a strong academic and industry background.

• Track record of delivering AI/ML solutions across diverse sectors (e.g., telecommunications, banking, social platforms).

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience with GenAI, LLMs, RAG systems, NLP, and Azure AI services.

• Proficiency in Python (3.x) and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, pandas, numpy, scipy).

• Strong experience with LangChain for GenAI applications.

• Solid knowledge of SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).

• Expertise in cloud platforms (Azure, GCP).

• Experience with image processing and OpenCV.

• Strong technical writing skills for project design and documentation.

• Advanced analytical thinking, problem-solving, and independent execution capabilities.

• Excellent command of English (spoken and written).

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with LaTeX for technical documentation.

• Experience delivering GenAI solutions in financial/banking environments.

• Research or practical experience with complex system simulations (cellular automata, multi-agent systems).
