- Określać wizję produktów: współpracować z interesariuszami, rozumieć cele biznesowe i przełożenie ich na wizję produktu
- Nadzorować i wprowadzać projekty od koncepcji do wdrożenia
- Optymalizować istniejące procesy biznesowe, planować wdrożenia nowych funkcjonalności, opracowywać kierunki rozwoju produktów
- Zarządzać backlogiem productu, realizowanego przez dedykowany, cross-funkcjonalny zespół wytwórczy
- Tworzyć road mapę produktów oraz raportować postępy prac nad projektem
- Długoterminowo i krótkoterminowo planować pracę w zespole, będziesz odpowiedzialny/a za ich terminowość i umiejętność szacowania nakładu pracy
- Prezentować efekty zrealizowanych projektów oraz nowych koncepcji
- Śledzić zmiany, trendy i nowości w branży ecommerce
- Pracować z product backlogiem oraz zarządzać priorytetami, także w obrębie portfolio produktów
