Our integrated ecosystem of hardware, software, and services aims to bridge gaps between patients and healthcare providers. We have successfully launched our first product: an FDA-cleared 6-channel EKG wearable device accompanied by a patient-facing mobile application, offering seamless access to qualified physicians to diagnose and manage arrhythmia and reduce stroke risk. With an exciting pipeline of upcoming solutions for various disease conditions, we are poised for rapid growth. Our leadership team is primarily located in the San Francisco Bay Area and Singapore but our software team is in Poland working fully remote. Software QA Engineer (Manual Testing Focus)We’re looking for a Software QA Engineer with exceptional manual testing skills for mobile apps, BLE-connected hardware, and full-stack systems. You’ll own the creation and execution of test cases, document results clearly, and support FDA-compliant QMS documentation. While manual testing is your strength, you have a mindset that seeks to automate where it counts.✅ Requirements2+ years in software QA (mobile + full stack)Experience testing hardware - BLE preferredSkilled at writing and executing detailed test casesClear documentation of test results, bugs, and regressionsStrong understanding of REST APIs, databases, and UI flowsFamiliar with QA tools like JIRA, TestRail, etc.Comfortable working with cross-functional teams (Product, Dev, Support)Clear communicator with strong attention to detail Nice to HaveHands-on experience with automating testsAutomation frameworks for mobile, web, and API testingExperience testing Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) devicesExperience writing QMS documentation for FDA submissions (preferred)Experience in regulated environments (healthcare, medical devices)Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 820 or ISO 13485 What You’ll DoTest our mobile hardware-integrated apps and client-facing web portalsValidate Bluetooth hardware behaviorCreate and manage test plans and casesCollaborate across teams to improve test coverage and product qualityDrive manual testing efforts and automate where it brings valuePrepare QA and validation documentation for regulatory submissionsBenefitsB2B contractPaid vacationCompetitive salary and equity options.Opportunity to work at the forefront of healthcare innovation.Fully remote and flexible work environment.Collaboration with a talented team and advisors.If you are passionate about revolutionizing healthcare and are looking for a challenging role that allows you to make a significant impact, we'd love to hear from you.
