Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Senior QA Engineer to join our team and work across multiple projects focused on B2B recruitment solutions. You will ensure quality delivery by collaborating with development teams, Product Owners, and Staff Engineers on projects fulfilling B2B clients' needs. Your responsibilities include leading QA efforts, contributing to technical solutions and frameworks, and developing company-wide QA standards and best practices. The ideal candidate has experience in QA consulting across multiple projects, strong collaboration skills with technical and product teams, knowledge of B2B software requirements, and the ability to develop technical solutions. You will work on initiatives that directly impact recruiters, ensuring our solutions meet their specific business needs and quality expectations. Your Responsibilities: Working as part of the QA consultant team, coordinating QA related work in multiple development initiatives Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle. Define and maintain testing strategies and documentation standards, ensuring all test plans, scenarios, and defect reports are clear, actionable, and aligned with business priorities. Build and maintain frontend and backend automation test framework capabilities in JavaScript (Cypress) and JAVA(Groovy) Building and maintaining QA team technical repositories and projects Working on the company-wide QA standards, that helping development teams deliver a high-quality product Follow and advocate QA best practices, contributing to the continuous improvement of test processes across the organisation QualificationsHands-on experience with Cypress or Playwright for UI automation.
