This is a hybrid position (2 days remote, 3 days from the office in Warsaw) with a start date as soon as the candidate successfully completes the interview process.Your responsibilitiesManage, monitor, and maintain the core systemSupport the automation of operational processes using Ansible, Terraform, and scripting languages in a Linux environmentCreate alerts and dashboards in monitoring systems (Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk) for proactive problem detectionSupport the implementation and testing of new solutions to improve application stabilityParticipate in incident response, conduct post-mortem analyses, and implement improvementsPerform night and weekend on-call duties according to the schedule (remote on-call)Our requirementsSolid experience in application administration within a Linux environmentWorking knowledge of a selected Linux distribution and shell tools (Bash)Experience configuring and maintaining application and database serversKnowledge of SQL and experience working with databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL)Ability to analyze logs, resolve application issues, and optimize performanceBasic knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)Exposure to automation tools (Ansible, Terraform) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab) is beneficialOptionalExperience with payment systems or in the fintech sector is a plusFamiliarity with Cloud platforms (GCP, Azure or AWS) and monitoring systems (Prometheus, Splunk, Grafana) is highly valuedThis is how we organize our workThis is how we workat the client's siteRecruitment stagesPhone screening: 20 minutes1st office (Warsaw) interview: 1 hour2nd office (Warsaw) interview: 1 hour Interview Process:1.
