Currently, we are looking for Salesforce Architect to join our international team.


WHAT TASKS AWAIT YOU?

  • You will participate in the implementation of the new capabilities in Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud.
  • You will be responsible for understanding and addressing business challenges.
  • Diving deep into user stories, and overseeing the implementation from both business and technical perspective.
  • Collaborate with architecture and business team to find solutions for our challenges.
  • Conduct thorough analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement within the Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud platform.
  • Preparing proof of concepts.
  • Translate business needs and technical requirements into user story solution designs.
  • Oversee the implementation of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Work closely with product owners, analysts, developers, administrators, and other team members to ensure successful delivery of the features.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle - provide regular updates and gather feedback to ensure solutions meet business needs.


WHAT SKILLS WILL BE APPRECIATED?

  • 5 or more years of Salesforce experience.
  • Proficiency in APEX and Lightning Web Components.
  • Knowledge about Salesforce Enterprise Patterns.
  • Experience in Sales and Service Cloud implementations.
  • Good communication with stakeholders and business.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • General understanding of Salesforce architecture principles.
  • Knowledge about OOTB Salesforce functionalities.
  • English – B2/C1+ - spoken and written.
  • Salesforce Certified Application Architect – must.
  • Strong understanding of integration methodologies, such as Events, RESTful APIs.
