Job Description

We are currently looking for a Salesforce Architect who will participate in the implementation of new capabilities in Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud, understanding and addressing business challenges, and collaborating with architecture and business teams to find solutions.

  • You will dive deep into user stories, oversee the implementation from both business and technical perspectives, and conduct thorough analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement within the Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud platform.
  • Additionally, you will prepare proof of concepts, translate business needs and technical requirements into user story solution designs, and oversee the implementation of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Furthermore, you will work closely with product owners, analysts, developers, administrators, and other team members to ensure successful delivery of features, maintain effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, and provide regular updates and gather feedback to ensure solutions meet business needs.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5 or more years of Salesforce experience
  • Proficiency in APEX and Lightning Web Components
  • Knowledge about Salesforce Enterprise Patterns
  • Experience in Sales and Service Cloud implementations
  • Good communication skills with stakeholders and business
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • General understanding of Salesforce architecture principles
  • Knowledge about OOTB Salesforce functionalities
  • English – B2/C1+ - spoken and written
  • Salesforce Certified Application Architect – must
  • Strong understanding of integration methodologies, such as Events, RESTful APIs
