Job Description

We are seeking a skilled AI Solution Architect to join our team in Warsaw. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI solutions to address complex business problems.

  • Design and develop AI architectures to drive business value.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest AI research and integrate new methodologies and tools into our existing framework.
  • Create a human-centric, ethical, and trustworthy AI platform aligned with our corporate CARE values.
  • Collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, and business analysts to understand requirements and deliver AI solutions.
  • Monitor and evaluate AI model performance, ensuring they meet desired accuracy and efficiency standards, and make necessary adjustments.
Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a similar position, preferably with an AI degree or PhD.
  • Proficiency in Python and experience with graph databases.
  • Track record of building data science and AI-driven products throughout their lifecycle.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • English language proficiency at B2 level.
