About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Platform Architect to join our team in Warsaw.

This is a full-time employment opportunity that will involve designing, developing, and operationalizing new algorithmic products, including Generative AI models. You will work closely with data scientists, product managers, infrastructure engineers, and peer AI Engineers to achieve this goal.

As an AI Platform Architect, you will be responsible for building enterprise AI platforms and accelerators to enable the deployment of applications with AI core and access AI models via APIs or batch pipelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-quality, standard-compliant code and refactor code as necessary.
  • Implement DevOps methodologies, DataOps, and MLOps principles in day-to-day work.
  • Develop continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
  • Coach and train junior engineers and develop training materials.

You will have the opportunity to evaluate proof-of-concepts, recommend best technologies and ML models, and continuously improve your skills.

Qualifications and Experience
  • A strong background in AI, AI lifecycle management, Python, CS, MLOps, LLMs, Generative AI, and software engineering practices.
  • Experience with AI/ML software products and deployment of enterprise-grade products to production.
  • Hands-on knowledge of AzureML and Google Vertex AI.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to teammates and non-technical colleagues.

Salary Range

$80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience
